What to expect

Stage 1 - Event Enquiry

This stage will require you to complete basic information relating to your event. Please note that all events will require completion of stage 1. Once complete, you will receive an acknowledgment with a unique reference number. You will be contacted by Worcester City Council within five working days to inform you of the outcome of your enquiry.

Progression to Stage 2 will be dependent on the size and scope of the event and whether additional information is required. If you are not required to progress to Stage 2 you will be informed accordingly.

Worcester City Council must receive your event enquiry at least six weeks prior to the start of your event. If your event proposes to include a road closure, your enquiry must be received at least eight weeks prior to the start of your event.

We are accepting event applications for events with 30 or less attendees subject to inclusion of a Covid19 and social distancing specific risk assessment and event management plan. Events with potential to attract over 30 participants will need to demonstrate an enhanced level of Covid19 and social distancing measures. Please note, events may still be subject to cancellation dependent upon guidance from central Government.

Stage 2 - Event Application

Should further information be required for your event, a link will be emailed to you to gain access to Stage 2. This stage is for larger events with additional requirements.
